In your first consultation, once the initial assessment is done; your physical therapist will inform you about the duration, frequency and approximate number of sessions required for your recovery. Sessions depend on individual conditions.
You can carry the referral letter with you on first visit. We will do our own assessment to understand your problem and then provide you the best possible treatment.

You can download our PhysioActive app and refer to the individualized exercise program prescribed by your physiotherapist whenever and wherever you want to repeat them. We try our best to make things convenient for you so that you do not miss out on your exercises.
We usually provide our clients a home exercise program chart before discharging them from our treatment sessions. Exercise are taught and made sure that they are being done correctly under supervision of our physiotherapists before being given for self-practice.
