Missed Appointments

We respect your time and the time of our dedicated physiotherapists. If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, we kindly request you to provide us with at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to accommodate other patients in need of our services and helps in maintaining our efficient scheduling.

Late Cancellation or No-Show:

• If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice or fail to show up for your appointment, you may be charged a fee equivalent to the cost of your session.
• Exceptions will be made in case of emergencies and genuine reasons. Please contact us to discuss your situation.
