- Proficient in Dry Needling techniques.
- Demonstrated proficiency in the treatment of athletes, with a particular focus on runners.
- Extensive practical application of various therapeutic techniques, including McKenzie, Myofascial Release (MFR), STRTaping, Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), mobilization, and manipulation, supplemented by tailored exercise therapy and the judicious use of electrical modalities.
- A keen interest in ergonomic education, posture care, and correction.
