Corporate wellness is the most important aspect now days, if we want to improve the overall health and wellbeing of an individual. As most of the time spent by an individual is at work, the person hardly gets the time to work out or exercise. Moreover, working continuously for long hours on laptops , desktops, mobile in office environment makes one pro to ailments like neck pain, back pain, cervical spondylitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, overweight and many others.

We at Physio Active – The Wellness Hub aim to provide wellness to the corporate employees at their company premises and at their own office workstations. We have done intensive work in this and have come up with programmes and workshops that help individuals to be fit and take care of their health while working. We make sure that our programmes are highly effective, useful and easy to adhere while working in a daily routine.

We are working in this endeavour with big corporate houses such as Hero Moto, HDFC capital, KEI Industries, Nagarro, Panasonic and others. We have done our workshops with them that have helped the corporate employees to work effectively and also improved their productivity.

Our workshop with corporate houses usually consists of two parts, the time duration can be tweaked according to the availability.

Physiotherapy workshop:

The session will focus on common problems that we are facing corporate world due to sedentary lifestyle such as Neck Pain, Back Pain, Knee pain and others.

  • Posture Problems, What is good and bad posture, Common poor postures.
  • Vicious cycle of pain and stiffness, how physiotherapy and exercises can help in it.
  • Repetitive Strain Injury.
  • Smartphone and its burden, how it is impacting us and exercises to overcome the pain from it.
  • Desktop and laptop usage tips.
  • Practical session for employees to do stretches and exercises that will help them to regain posture, maintain muscle health and improve efficiency at work.
  • Question and answer session
  • One to One consultation for employees, if needed for any condition
